Terms of sale
Original works
Every work offered is an original or a unique cast, sold directly by the studio and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Dimensions and colours are described as accurately as possible; screens vary, so collectors are encouraged to request further photographs or a condition report before acquiring.
Prices, shipping and taxes
Prices are set in Canadian dollars (CAD) and converted for display only. Shipping includes crating and insurance, and is free above the studio threshold. Taxes are estimated and confirmed at payment. Import duties charged at the destination remain the responsibility of the collector.
Auctions
Bids are binding offers. Where a bid arrives in the final two minutes, the auction extends automatically by five minutes so that no collector loses a work to the clock. An auction closes unsold if the reserve price is not reached. The winning collector receives an invoice which includes shipping, and the work is released once payment is received.
Returns and refunds
Original works may be returned within fourteen days of delivery in their original crating, insured, for a full refund of the purchase price. Commissions and auction sales are final. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.
